Hi, I’m Dan Perrin — founder of Drone Caddy.

I’m 29 years old and proud to call the beautiful Surf Coast my home. Golf is more than just a hobby for me — it’s the reason I get outside, connect with mates, and explore courses across the country. My sole focus with Drone Caddy is to combine this passion with my drone flying expertise to showcase the best side of golf courses through cinematic aerial footage.

My drone experience comes from a background in disaster relief, specialising in aerial mapping and imagery. But now, I want to capture something more uplifting — the stunning fairways, greens, and challenges that make golf courses special.

With over 8 years’ experience in the sports and events industry, along with my ongoing service as an Australian Defence Force reservist and past work with Fire Rescue NSW, I bring a strong sense of discipline and community to everything I do. Helping others is important to me, and I apply that same care and professionalism to every flight with Drone Caddy.
